About the apartment

A warm, quiet apartment furnished in rosewood, with a sunny yellow kitchen and a balcony over the greenery. The separate sleeping area has a double bed and the living-room sofa folds out. It sleeps up to three.

There's air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven and microwave, and a workspace with fibre internet. The balcony has loungers. Guests most often mention the quiet, the cleanliness and how easy it is to park on the street.

Good to know

  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has no lift.
  • The air conditioning needs its condensate container emptied now and then. It sits on the balcony under the unit: pour the water into the toilet and put the container back.
  • Children are welcome, but we don't have a cot or a high chair.
